The steps for looking up a symbol vary by security type. Fidelity variable annuity investment option symbols are only recognized by Fidelity. Be sure to read about Fidelity variable annuity investment option symbols or view a list of investment option symbols. To search for fixed-income securities (e.g., bonds, certificates of deposit) offered through Fidelity, refer to Search Bond/Fixed Income Inventory. Click Lookup.   A list of stocks that match your search text displays. Top Look Up a Mutual Fund Symbol 4. Select the security type, Mutual Fund, select what you want to search by, and enter the corresponding search text. 5. Click Lookup.   A list of mutual funds that match your search text displays. Click Lookup.   A list of variable annuity investment options that match your search text displays. If you don't find the symbol, data may not be available. After you review the list of annuity investment options that matched your criteria, you can also modify the criteria shown to refine your search. Top Look Up an Index Symbol 4.
