  1. I will print and read the following Fact Kit, Participation Agreement, Customer Service Agreement, and Account Application (together, the "Agreements"), and
  2. I will not alter the terms of the Agreements as originally set forth by you.

By clicking "Download", I acknowledge that any deviation from the Agreements' original terms shall be void, and I shall be bound by the terms of the original Agreements as set forth by you. I agree that the Trust, FBS and/or NFS may void the Agreements in the event there are reasonable grounds to believe the original Agreements have been altered.
