Unaccepted Awards
Restricted Stock Awards the participant has not yet accepted or declined. A participant must accept an award before it begins to vest.

Unaccepted Options
The number of stock options, including options that are vested and unvested, that have been granted to you and not yet been accepted or declined.

Under Water
A stock option for which the option's grant price is higher than the current market price for the underlying stock.

Unexercised Stock Options
A stock option that has vested, but not yet been exercised.

Unrealized Gain/Loss
The hypothetical value of the gain or loss that would be realized if shares were sold at the indicated price.

Unrealized Gain/Loss %
The hypothetical percent gain or loss that would be realized if shares were sold at the indicated price. Calculated as: Unrealized Gain or Loss/Cost Basis. If displayed in green, this figure represents an unrealized gain; if displayed in red, an unrealized loss.

Unspecified Shares
This is the number of shares in a sell request for which you have not specified tax lots shares to sell. Note that any unspecified shares are sold using the First In/First Out (FIFO) accounting method.

Unvested Awards
The total number of restricted stock awards per Award ID that have been accepted but have not yet vested.

Unvested Stock Options
The number of stock options from your original grant that have not yet vested. As a result, they cannot be exercised at the current time.
