None
When placed on a sell request, a condition that indicates that no restrictions have been placed on the execution of the sell request. To ensure that all shares for your sell request are executed at the same time and avoid a partially filled sell request, select All or None from the Condition field drop-down list. If you don't select All or None, your shares may execute in more than one transaction (e.g., 400 of 1000 shares are executed as part of a partial sell request execution and then the remaining 600 shares are executed later and possibly at a different price).
Non-qualified Stock Options (NSO)
A non-qualified stock option (NSO) is a term applied to all employee stock options that are not Incentive Stock Options. A stock option is the opportunity, granted to you by the issuer (e.g., your company), to purchase a specified number of shares of your company's common stock at a pre-established grant price over a defined period of time. For US federal income tax purposes, the exercise of an NSO is subject to income tax and FICA taxes at the time of exercise. Tax treatment in other jurisdictions may vary; consult your tax adviser.
