Stay informed and secure with Fidelity text alerts. Here are your text alert options and what you can expect from Fidelity.

  • Security text alerts (29943 or 55494)

    By providing your phone number and then agreeing to receive text messages you have signed up to receive Fidelity Investments security text alerts ("text alerts") associated with certain transactions related to your account(s) (such as wire transfers out of your account or updates to your Profile). By enrolling in text alerts, you agree that we may contact you at your mobile number via SMS, text, and by other means that may employ an autodialer.

  • Multi-factor Authentication text alerts (36726 or 1-877-372-1150)

    By providing your phone number, you authorize one-time passcodes from 36726 or 1-877-372-1150. You authorize your wireless carrier to use or disclose information about your account and your wireless device from, if available, to us or our service provider for the duration of your business relationship, solely to help them identify you or your wireless device and to prevent fraud.

    The Fidelity OTP e-Alerts program provides one-time passcodes for additional verification, based on your configured security methods. You can choose to receive the multi-factor authentication alerts via SMS, Voice, or email. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply HELP for more assistance, contact us at 1-800-343-3548 or visit www.Fidelity.com. Although this program isn't a subscription, you can reply STOP to receive instructions on how to update your preferred contact information. SMS alerts can also be managed in online.

  • Debit Card Fraud text alerts (68513)

    By providing your phone number and then agreeing to receive text messages you have signed up to receive debit card text alerts for the purposes of servicing of your account(s), maintaining and enhancing your account security, and investigating and preventing fraud. By enrolling in text alerts, you agree that we may contact you at your mobile number via SMS, text, and by other means that may employ an autodialer.

    We will not use autodialed calls or texts to contact you for marketing purposes unless we receive your prior express written consent. You do not have to agree to receive autodialed calls or texts to your mobile phone number in order to use the products and services offered by Fidelity or its service providers. You can decline to receive autodialed calls and texts to your mobile phone by contacting us at the number on the back of your debit card, or by immediately replying STOP to a Debit Card Fraud Alert from 68513 received on your mobile phone.

  • NetBenefits text alerts (42481 or 343898)

    By providing your phone number and then agreeing to receive text messages you have signed up to receive a text message on behalf of your employer regarding workplace benefits available to you. When you opt in to receive Fidelity NetBenefits text messages, the number of messages you receive will be based on your account activity. Signing up to receive Fidelity NetBenefits text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
