Importing Data into a Spreadsheet
 
To import a CSV file into a spreadsheet:
  Click on the "text version" link at the bottom of the page.
  Select Save as... from the File menu.
  Save the file, change the file name and then save it, or overwrite the previously saved spreadsheet by highlighting its name in the Files list.
  To open the newly saved file, open designated spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel). Locate the directory in which you imported the CSV file and select the file in the same way you would open any spreadsheet file: double-click on the spreadsheet name, or click the name once and then click OK.
Note: Any version of Microsoft's Internet Explorer can automatically import the data into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet for you.
