02:19 PM EDT, 04/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Mural Oncology ( MURA ) said Tuesday that it is discontinuing all clinical development of nemvaleukin alfa and plans to start exploring strategic alternatives. The company also said it will reduce its workforce by roughly 90%.

Shares jumped 148% as intraday trading volume catapulted to over 243.3 million from a daily average of about 273,000.

Skye Bioscience ( SKYE ) said that new preclinical data from a murine diet-induced obesity model showed greater than 30% weight loss after 25 days of treatment when the company's nimacimab antibody was combined with tirzepatide.

Nimacimab alone showed 23.5% weight loss, comparable to treatments monlunabant and tirzepatide alone.

Shares of Skye advanced 26% as intraday trading volume rose to over 26.1 million from a daily average of about 200,000.

Janover ( JNVR ) said it purchased 80,567 Solana cryptocurrency valued at about $10.5 million, the third execution under its newly adopted digital asset treasury strategy.

The purchase brings its total Solana holdings to 163,651.7, valued at roughly $21.2 million.

Shares advanced 12%, with intraday trading volume at over 509,000 against a daily average of roughly 565,000.
