April 14 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Monday:

** Warner Bros Discovery ( WBD ) has decided not to sell Polish broadcaster TVN, it said in a statement, drawing a line under speculation surrounding the bidding process. ** British oilfield services and engineering company Wood Group has received a proposal from Dubai's Sidara comprising a takeover bid worth about 242 million pounds ($318.4 million) and up to $450 million in cash, it said on Monday, boosting its shares.

** (The Insurer) Belgian insurer Ageas has agreed to buy British personal lines carrier esure from private equity firm Bain Capital for 1.3 billion pounds ($1.7 billion) in a deal that will create a top-three UK home and motor insurer.

** Spanish telecom company Telefonica said on Sunday it had agreed to sell its Peruvian unit, which recently filed for bankruptcy protection, to Argentina's Integra Tec International for about 900,000 euros ($1.02 million). (Compiled by Rajarshi Roy and Katha Kalia in Bengaluru)
