Ninestar to sell Lexmark to Xerox in deal worth up to $150 million

BEIJING, March 26 (Reuters) - China-based printer maker Ninestar Corp plans to sell printer and printing software maker Lexmark International II to Xerox in a deal estimated at $75 million to $150 million, it said in an exchange filing on Wednesday.
