Ensign Group Acquires Three Operations in California

07:07 AM EDT, 04/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ensign Group ( ENSG ) said Wednesday that it acquired the real estate and operations of Pacific Haven Subacute and Healthcare Center, a 99-bed skilled nursing facility in Garden Grove, California.

Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.

The company separately said the same day that it acquired the operations of Alamitos West Health and Rehabilitation, a 142-bed skilled nursing facility, and Katella Senior Living Community, a 68-unit senior living facility located in Los Alamitos, California.

Financial terms were not disclosed. Both facilities are subject to a long-term, triple-net lease with a third-party landlord.
