GameStop Prices $1.3 Billion Private Offering of Notes

05:49 PM EDT, 03/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- GameStop ( GME ) said Thursday that it priced a $1.3 billion private offering of 0% convertible senior notes due 2030.

Initial purchasers of the notes have a 13-day option to buy up to an additional $200 million of notes, according to the company.

GameStop ( GME ) expects to close the offering on April 1 and anticipates using the proceeds for general corporate purposes, including the acquisition of Bitcoin.
