March 24 (Reuters) - Fibre-cement maker James Hardie Industries ( JHX ) said on Monday it will acquire outdoor products manufacturer AZEK Company ( AZEK ) in a cash and stock transaction valued at $8.75 billion. (Reporting by Shivangi Lahiri in Bengaluru; Editing by Chris Reese)
