08:11 AM EDT, 03/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Alphabet (GOOG) has agreed to buy Wiz, a cybersecurity startup, for at least $32 billion, the Financial Times reported late Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The all-cash deal may be announced on Tuesday, the people reportedly told Bloomberg.

Alphabet did not immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
