We cut our 12-month target price to $10 from $21 due to our expectation of new tariffs on pharmaceuticals sold to the U.S., reflecting 4.0x our 2025 EPS forecast, near TEVA's five-year historical forward average of 4.2x, vs. the premium valuation we assigned previously due to portfolio improvements from the "Pivot to Growth" strategy. We keep our 2025 EPS estimate at $2.50 and narrow our 2026 estimate to $2.71 from $3.00. This week, the Trump Administration said it will announce "major" tariffs on imported pharmaceuticals soon. We view this as a considerable risk for TEVA given its large generics portfolio, and because a sizable amount of TEVA's sales are to the United States (49% in 2024 and 68% of pre-tax operating profit). Further, in addition to manufacturing sites in North America, the majority of TEVA's production capacity comes from plants located in Europe, Latin America, India, and Israel. Our revised opinion reflects our view that these tariffs will pose a significant near-term headwind.
