Equity Markets Mixed Ahead of Tariff Announcements
The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 1.1% to 42,013.8, while the Nasdaq Composite decreased 0.3% to 17,262.4. The S&P 500 was up 0.5% to 5,607.6. Technology and consumer discretionary were the only sectors in the red.
