We lower our 12-month target price to $17 from $18, 13.7x our 2026 EPS of $1.24, below AVTR's five-year historical forward P/E average of 21.7x. We think this is justified by the complex operating environment that the company is navigating. We reduce our 2025 EPS estimate to $1.07 from $1.10. We maintain our 2026 EPS forecast at $1.24. We updated our model and slightly lowered our revenue forecasts for the first half of the year due to on-going uncertainties in the demand environment. We now see total revenue of $6.69 billion for 2025, pointing to a 1.2% Y/Y decline versus a 1% Y/Y increase earlier, after sales dropped by 3% Y/Y in 2024.
