02:36 PM EDT, 04/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SUNation Energy ( SUNE ) said Monday it closed the final tranche of its previously announced securities purchase agreement with some institutional investors, raising $5 million.

Shares sank 78% following a rise in intraday trading volume to over 660 million from a daily average of about 24.7 million.

reAlpha Tech (AIRE) said it signed agreements for the exercise of some warrants to buy up to about 4.22 million shares issued in November 2023. The warrants had an exercise price of $1.44 per share and were exercised at a reduced price of $0.75 per share.

Shares retreated 43% as intraday trading volume surged to more than 871,000 from a daily average of roughly 290,000.

Apple's ( AAPL ) overwhelming dependence on China for its supply chain and production makes the tariffs imposed by the Trump administration "a complete disaster" for the iPhone maker, Wedbush said in a note Sunday. It cut its price target to $250 from $325 while keeping its outperform rating.

Meanwhile, Apple ( AAPL ) filed an appeal to stop a British government order requiring the company to allow access to its encrypted cloud storage systems, according to a Monday court document by the Investigatory Powers Tribunal. Apple ( AAPL ) did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.

Shares fell 3.5%, with intraday trading volume of over 114 million versus a daily average of about 55 million.
