BEIJING, April 8 (Reuters) - China's financial regulator plans to increase the proportion for insurance funds to invest in the stock market as part of actions it will take to increase support for the capital market and the real economy.

It will raise the upper limit of the equity asset allocation ratio and increase the concentration ratio of investment in venture capital funds, it said. (Reporting by Liz Lee and Beijing newsroom; Editing by Tom Hogue)
