DuPont de Nemours' ( DD ) China unit is being investigated by China's State Administration for Market Regulation for alleged antitrust law violation, Bloomberg reported Friday, citing the agency.

The company said in a statement emailed to MT Newswires that it is aware of a report on the agency's probe. "We take this matter very seriously and are reviewing claims in the report," DuPont de Nemours ( DD ) said.
