International Petroleum Provides NCIB Update

12:59 PM EDT, 03/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- International Petroleum ( IPCFF ) on Monday said it bought back 200,000 shares in the week ended March 31 under its normal course issuer bid (NCIB), announced last December.

Since Dec. 5, up to and including March 31, International Petroleum ( IPCFF ) bought back 4.5-million shares through the Toronto Stock Exchange and Nasdaq Stockholm.

The company may buy back up to 7.5 million shares until Dec. 4 this year.

International Petroleum ( IPCFF ) was last seen down $0.14 to $21.31 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
