Lightspeed Target Lowered to US$14 at BMO

02:09 PM EDT, 03/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BMO has lowered its target on Lightspeed Commerce ( LSPD ) to US$14, and reiterated its Outperform rating, following the company's Investor Day.

Analyst Thanos Moschopoulos noted that Lightspeed introduced three-year growth targets, to be driven by a refocused go-to-market effort on targeted verticals within North American retail, and targeted geographies within European hospitality (currently ~60% of revenue).

"While there's ongoing macro risk, we view the stock's risk/reward as attractive, particularly as LSPD's depressed EV/gross profit multiple is backstopped by an undemanding EBITDA valuation."
