10:28 AM EDT, 03/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Korro Bio ( KRRO ) said Thursday that Chief Financial Officer Vineet Agarwal ended his temporary medical leave of absence and was reappointed by the board as principal financial officer of the company.

Chief Executive Ram Aiyar will no longer be the interim principal financial officer, according to the company.

The board also appointed Oliver Dolan as principal accounting officer, Korro said.

Shares of the company were marginally higher in recent trading.
