11:12 AM EDT, 03/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NevGold ( NAUFF ) on Wednesday were last seen up 2.8% after the company said it discovered further "significant" gold-antimony historical drill results at its Limousine Butte Project in Nevada.

The company said historical drilling had an upper detection limit of 1% antimony (Sb) but many drill intervals exceeded the limit. These holes are being re-assayed at American Assay Lab in Reno, Nevada without the 1% upper detection limit.

NevGold ( NAUFF ) found extensive gold-antimony mineralization in multiple zones, including Resurrection Ridge and Cadillac Valley. The company will continue re-evaluating historical drilling from the Limousine Butte Project, focusing on both oxide gold and antimony. Large portions of the existing database were not analyzed for antimony creating a significant, low-cost opportunity to re-assay historical drilling.

"With the robust historical database, we have a number of holes to release with combined gold-antimony results, and the Project is also fully permitted and drill-ready for future exploration and drilling programs, which will expedite and simplify future field work programs," said Chief Executive Brandon Bonifacio.

Shares of the company were last seen up $0.01 to $0.37 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
