Tidewater Midstream Closes Sale of BRC Roadway Network to Canadian Resource Roadways

07:57 AM EDT, 03/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tidewater Midstream and Infrastructure ( TWMIF ) on Tuesday closed the previously announced sale of its Brazeau River Complex (BRC) roadway network to Canadian Resource Roadways for $24 million.

The company received $22.5 million upon closing of the deal, and expects to receive the rest on or before Dec. 31. Proceeds will be used to permanently repay amounts outstanding on the company's three-year delayed draw term loan.

Tidewater expects the arrangement of the BRC roadway network to have an "immaterial" impact to the company's 2025 operating results.
