Black Hills Subsidiary Secures New Rates Approval

04:58 PM EDT, 03/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Black Hills (BKH) said Monday that its Colorado-based electric utility subsidiary secured approval for new rates from the Colorado Public Utilities Commission.

The company said the rates, effective March 22nd, will facilitate the recovery of nearly $370 million of system investments since its last general rate filing in 2016.

It added that the new rates will provide an estimated $17.0 million in new annual revenue.
