11:12 AM EDT, 03/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Boeing's ( BA ) stronger-than-expected Q1 deliveries improved the company's free cash flow outlook, and "the stock represents a tactical buying opportunity," RBC Capital Markets said Sunday in a report.

The company delivered 89 aircraft through February and an additional 112 in March, according to Cirium data, and "recent strength" will continue in Q2, RBC said. Boeing's ( BA ) H1 deliveries will likely "benefit from elevated inventory levels," the report said.

RBC boosted Boeing's ( BA ) 2025 FCF estimate by $500 million mainly due to "strong" H1 MAX and 787 deliveries.

Boeing's ( BA ) recent win of a US Air Force contract to produce a next-generation fighter aircraft provided a "much-needed confidence boost," RBC said. "However, we would note that the pressure and focus on this contract will be substantial."

RBC kept its outperform rating on Boeing ( BA ) stock with a $200 price target.

Boeing's ( BA ) shares rose 2.7% in recent Monday trading.
