March 24 (Reuters) - Switzerland's current account surplus stood at 42 billion Swiss francs ($47.6 billion) in 2024, roughly unchanged from a year earlier, the country's central bank SNB said on Monday. (Reporting by Ludwig Burger, Editing by Friederike Heine)
