(Reuters) -A panel of immunization experts that advises the U.S. Centers for Disease Control will convene in April after a previous meeting had been postponed, a spokesman for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services said in an email on Thursday.

The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices had been originally set to meet in February. The April meeting will include a measles update, the email said.
