Quartzsea Acquisition Prices $72 Million IPO

04:24 AM EDT, 03/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Quartzsea Acquisition (QSEA) said late Monday it priced its initial public offering of 7.2 million units at $10 apiece.

Each unit consists of one ordinary share and one right to receive one-fifth of a share upon the completion of an initial business combination, the blank-check company said.

The company granted the IPO underwriters a 45-day overallotment option to purchase up to 1.08 million additional units.

Quartzsea said it expects its units to start trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the QSEAU ticker symbol Tuesday, while the IPO is expected to close Wednesday. Its shares and rights are expected to trade under the QSEA and QSEAR tickers, respectively.
