01:40 PM EDT, 04/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Consumer stocks were mixed Monday afternoon, with the Consumer Staples Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLP) rising 1.4% and the Consumer Discretionary Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLY) down 0.3%.

In corporate news, Mattel ( MAT ) and TKO (TKO) unit WWE said Monday they have agreed to a multiyear extension of their global licensing deal under which Mattel ( MAT ) makes WWE action figures and accessories. Mattel ( MAT ) shares added 0.6%, and TKO climbed 2.7%.
