Caledonia Mining Closes Sale of Zimbabwean Unit for $22.4 Million

04:26 AM EDT, 04/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Caledonia Mining ( CMCL ) said Monday it completed the sale of its Caledonia Mining Services Zimbabwean unit to CrossBoundary Energy for about $22.4 million in an all-cash deal.

The solar plant will continue to provide electricity to Blanket Mine under an exclusive agreement, Caledonia Mining ( CMCL ) said.

The company's shares were up 1.7% in recent premarket activity.
