01:20 PM EDT, 04/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- American Shared Hospital Services ( AMS ) said Friday it appointed Gary Delanois as chief executive officer.

Raymond Stachowiak stopped serving as the company's CEO on Thursday, but he will remain as its executive chairman and continue to perform the function of principal executive officer, according to a regulatory filing.

Delanois had served as the company's chief operating officer since October 2024, the company said.
