Walmart continues to push Chinese suppliers to cut prices, Bloomberg News reports

April 1 (Reuters) - U.S. retailing giant Walmart ( WMT ) is continuing to push Chinese suppliers to cut prices to offset President Donald Trump's tariffs, Bloomberg News reported on Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Walmart ( WMT ) has not backed down from its requests to suppliers to cut prices by as much as 10% for each round of tariffs, asking them to match Trump's duties, the report added. (Reporting by Devika Nair in Bengaluru; Editing by Sonia Cheema)
