09:28 AM EDT, 04/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lantheus Holdings ( LNTH ) said Tuesday it has closed the purchase of Evergreen Theragnostics with a cash payment of $275 million.

The consideration comprised an upfront payment of $250 million and a $25 million milestone payment, the company said.
