04:27 AM EDT, 04/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Four Corners Property Trust ( FCPT ) said late Monday it acquired nine Burger King properties in Tennessee for $19.9 million from Ampler Restaurant Group through sale-leaseback.

The properties are franchisee-operated under long-term, triple-net leases with 20 years of term.

The real estate investment trust's shares were up 1% in recent premarket activity Tuesday.
