The release of the new app could be as early as the iOS 19.4 update, which is scheduled for spring or summer of 2026, according to the report.
The app would collect data from devices and then an AI coach would use the information to offer customized recommendations to improve a user's health, Gurman said.
Shares were up 1.5% in recent trading.
