DuPont de Nemours ( DD ) is weighing a sale of two heat-resistant fiber brands, Nomex and Kevlar, as part of a major reorganization, Bloomberg reported Monday, citing people with knowledge of the matter.

The assets may fetch $2 billion, some of the people said, according to the report.

DuPont ( DD ) declined to comment when contacted by MT Newswires.

Shares were up 0.8% in recent trading.
