CoreWeave Prices IPO at $40 per Share

04:45 AM EDT, 03/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nvidia ( NVDA )-backed (NVDA) CoreWeave ( CRWV ) said late Thursday it priced an initial public offering of 37.5 million class A shares at $40 apiece.

The offering consists of 36.59 million shares sold by CoreWeave ( CRWV ) and 910,000 shares by existing stockholders.

The shares are expected to begin Nasdaq trading Friday under the ticker symbol CRWV, while the IPO is expected to close Monday, the company said.

CoreWeave ( CRWV ) said it has granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to about 5.63 million additional shares.

The IPO pricing is below an expected range of $47 to $55 and smaller than originally anticipated, Reuters reported.
