STAAR Surgical Appoints Deborah Andrews as Interim CFO

04:35 AM EDT, 03/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- STAAR Surgical ( STAA ) said late Monday it has named former Chief Financial Officer Deborah Andrews its interim finance chief, effective immediately.

Patrick Williams stepped down as CFO, but has agreed to a three-month consulting agreement to assist in the transition as the company looks for a permanent CFO, it said.

STAAR Surgical ( STAA ) promoted Chief Operating Officer Warren Foust to the newly created role of president and COO and Chief Clinical, Regulatory and Medical Affairs Officer Magda Michna to the newly created role of chief development officer.

Chief Technology Officer Keith Holliday is leaving the company, it said.

STAAR Surgical ( STAA ) shares were down 2.8% in recent premarket activity Tuesday.
