Meet the Trading Strategy Desk® team

Matt Davison

Matt Davison began his Fidelity career in 2016. He spent time in the Service, Active Trader and Fixed Income functions prior to joining the Trading Strategy Desk®. Matt graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s in Microbiology. He is currently a Registered Securities Representative (Series 7/63), and he is also a Registered Options Principal (Series 4).

Nicholas Delisse, CFA®

Nicholas D. Delisse, CFA®, joined Fidelity in May 2012. He has been a part of Fidelity's Trading Strategy Desk® since June 2014. He is currently a Registered Securities Representative (Series 7/63), a Registered Options Principal (Series 4), and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®). Nicholas graduated from Texas Tech University with a bachelor's degree in Economics.

Jacob Ellis

Jacob Ellis began his career at Fidelity Investments in 2015. Until joining the Trading Strategy Desk ® , he spent several years in our Active Trader Services function. Jacob earned a master of science finance degree from the University of Utah in 2019, and also serves in the U.S. Army Reserve Finance Corps. He is a Registered Securities Representative (Series 7/63), a Registered Options Principal (Series 4), and a General Securities Sales Supervisor (Series 10).

Peter Janssen, CFP®

Peter Janssen, CFP®, joined Fidelity Investments in 2010. Before joining the Trading Strategy Desk®, he held several roles most recently with the Active Trader VIP Desk. Prior to joining Fidelity, Peter graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. He is currently a Registered Securities Representative (Series 7/63), a Registered Options Principal (Series 4), and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®).

Robert Kwon

Robert Kwon joined Fidelity Investments in 2011. He spent time in our Service and Active Trader Services functions before joining Fidelity's Trading Strategy Desk® in June of 2014. He is currently a Registered Securities Representative (Series 7/63) and a Registered Options Principal (Series 4). Prior to joining Fidelity, Robert worked at several other financial firms. Robert graduated from the University at Buffalo (The State University of New York) in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Jonathan Lord, CFP®

Jonathan Lord, CFP®, joined Fidelity in 2012 as a trader. He spent several years on the Active Trader VIP desk and recently joined the Trading Strategy Desk® in 2021. He is currently a Registered Securities Representative (Series 7/63), a Registered Options Principal (Series 4), and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®).

Prior to joining Fidelity, Jonathan graduated from Texas Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance.

Troy Mahon, ChFC®

Troy Mahon joined Fidelity in 2021. He has held numerous roles in Financial Services including trading, sales, and retail banking. Prior to joining the Trading Strategy Desk®, Troy worked with the Investment Solutions team at Fidelity. He is a General Securities Registered Representative (Series 7/66) and graduated from Mount Saint Mary College with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. Troy also holds the Chartered Financial Consultant designation.

Albert Marquez, CFP®

Albert Marquez, CFP® began his career at Fidelity in 2021. At Fidelity, Albert has held various roles within the Active Trader organization, including the service team, and more recently the Trading Strategy Desk®. Prior to joining Fidelity, Albert spent many years on the trading floors of Chicago, as an option trader and a broker. Albert earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from DePaul University. He is currently a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Registered Securities Representative (Series 7/63).

Andrew McGowin, CMT
Andrew McGowin, CMT®, began his career at Fidelity Investments in 2016. Before joining the Trading Strategy Desk, he spent time in many different roles, most recently with the Active Trader VIP Desk. He is a Registered Securities Representative (Series 7/63), a Registered Options Principal (Series 4), a General Securities Sales Supervisor (Series 10), and a Certified Market Technician (CMT®). Prior to joining Fidelity, Andrew graduated from the University of North Florida with bachelor’s degrees in political science and English. He graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a master’s degree in applied economics.
James Savage

James Savage began his career with Fidelity in 2014 as a trader in our Service function. Since then he has held roles in our Premium Service and Active Trader Service functions. James joined the Trading Strategy Desk ®  in October of 2019. He currently holds the Series 7 & 63 licenses, and is a Registered Options Principal (Series 4).

Konstantin Vrandopulo

Konstantin Vrandopulo began his career with Fidelity in 2012. He spent time in our Active Trader Services function before joining Fidelity's Trading Strategy Desk®. Konstantin graduated from Valdosta State University with an M.B.A and a Bachelor's in Finance. He is currently a Registered Securities Representative (Series 7/63) and a Registered Options Principal (Series 4).
