Chris is the Head of Technology for Fidelity Center for Applied Technology (FCAT), where he leads a tremendously talented and diverse team of some of the best and brightest Software Engineers and Architects in Fidelity. His team is responsible for building all the prototypes, pilots, and full-scale production applications for FCAT. Chris is a 33-year veteran of Fidelity, and joined FCAT in 2011 to lead development. Chris’s roots are software engineering and his previous work at Fidelity included architecting, designing and building the first 3 generations of online trading applications and then heading up an Advanced Development team where he was tasked with bringing in cutting edge technologies, like cloud computing and rich internet applications using HTML5. He’s also authored technical white papers, participated on strategic task forces and architecture groups, and led the deployment of many new cutting-edge applications that were incorporated into Fidelity's online products suite.
