Fidelity Referrals FAQs

The Fidelity referrals page provides Fidelity customers with a simple way to refer others to Fidelity, allowing you to share Fidelity's great value and service in a few easy steps.

From the Fidelity.com referrals page, click the Refer your friends and family button. Next, copy your personal referral link and share it on your own. Your referral can click that link to learn more about the advantages of everything Fidelity has to offer. Alternatively, you can enter the email address of the person you would like to refer. After entering your referral’s email address, click Refer now and then Fidelity will email the invitation directly to your referral.

The email will indicate that you referred them to Fidelity and it will provide information about the benefits of everything we have to offer.

A referral may not receive the email invitation sent through our referral form for multiple reasons. Your referral may have opted out of receiving marketing communications from Fidelity; the referral's email filters may have prevented delivery; or the referral's email address may no longer be valid or may be blocked due to account compromise.

You can share your personal link by selecting the Copy link button and sending it from your personal accounts or device. For example, you can send the link in your own personal email, text message, or by posting it on a social media account.

Fidelity will not share your referral’s information with any third party, nor will we use it for marketing purposes. The information you supply will be used exclusively to send invitations to referrals and to supply any subsequent servicing specific to the program. In the email invitation your referral receives, they can select the Unsubscribe link and they will no longer receive emails related to your referral.

A cookie is a piece of data stored by a browser on the user's device that contains information about the user's online activity. Cookies provide a way for a server to recall previous information to facilitate site navigation. When using Fidelity.com, we place cookies and similar files on your device for security purposes, to facilitate site navigation, and to personalize your experience on our site.

To be notified before a cookie is received, a user can configure his or her browser for alerts, along with the option to refuse a cookie. Note: Refusing cookies from Fidelity.com will prevent you from participating in Fidelity Friends and Family.
